Active participants take an active part in scientific sessions by presenting their scientific work; they compete for prizes with other active participants. After the presentation they are awarded with Paper Presentation Certificate. Active participants are free to attend all lectures, workshops and the social programme.
Passive participants may attend all lectures, workshops, the social programme and all scientific sessions during the Congress. During reception at the conference venue they receive Participation Certificates.
All participants register via registration form available through our system. While filling in the form, you must choose the type of participation – passive or active. Registration will be complete, when you receive the confirmation of registration to your email box – make sure the email address you’ve given is correct. No, after the abstract is sent for review you won’t be able to make any changes to its content. Therefore, after uploading and before submitting it make sure to check whether it contains any mistakes.
Our confirmation emails are generated automatically, so an issue like that happens rarely. However, if you registered, submitted an abstract, paid the fee and submitted confirmation of payment and weren’t notified, you should contact us as soon as you can and we will fix things up.
